One year ago, I stepped away from The Baker’s Bakery.
Life looked a little different then. Between pregnancy, welcoming our sweet Carter, and adjusting to life as a family of four, my bakery had to take a back seat for a season.
Coming back this year, I honestly didn't know what to expect. After being away for so long, I wondered if I'd be starting over.
Then I opened an email that completely stopped me in my tracks.
Because of your votes, The Baker's Bakery was recognized with Gold in Bakeries and Cookies & Pastries, along with Silver in Cakes, Caterers, and Desserts in the Community Votes awards.
To say I'm honored would be an understatement.
After being away for over a year, I never expected to come back to this kind of love and support. Every order you've placed, every recommendation you've made, every post you've shared, and every vote you've cast has reminded me why I started this little bakery in the first place.
Thank you for sticking with me through a season of stepping away and for welcoming me back with such kindness.
I'm so excited to be creating for your birthdays, weddings, showers, and celebrations again, and I truly can't wait to see what this next chapter holds.
