If we haven’t met yet, hi! I’m Rachel, the proud owner/baker behind Dough Darling Bakery — and lately, I’ve been feeling especially grateful for how far this little dream has come. 🤍

While I love creating all kinds of beautiful desserts, there’s something incredibly special about weddings. I love being part of a day that couples have dreamed about for years — creating desserts that feel just as intentional, romantic, and unforgettable as the rest of their celebration.

My personal style leans heavily toward vintage, timeless, romantic, and a little bit whimsical. Give me delicate details, old-world charm, soft florals, vintage-inspired piping, romantic textures, and a beautiful love story… and I’m in my element. 🕯️🌹

And now, I’m so excited to share that Dough Darling is expanding ALL across Tennessee! 🎉 Dough Darling started as a dream, and watching it grow into something that reaches beyond my own little corner of Tennessee is something I’ll never take for granted. I have had the honor of catering weddings from West to East Tennessee, with some making their way to Atlanta! Next year is already booking quickly with weddings all across Tennessee.

From intimate celebrations to grand weddings, I’m looking forward to traveling throughout Tennessee and becoming part of even more love stories.

To every couple who has trusted me with such an important part of their celebration — thank you. Thank you for trusting my creativity, allowing me to bring your ideas to life, and inviting Dough Darling into some of the most meaningful moments of your lives.

And to the amazing venues, planners, photographers, florists, fellow vendors, and industry friends I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside — thank you for welcoming me into your spaces and trusting me with your couples.

These partnerships mean so much to me, and I’m incredibly excited for the relationships still to come.
