I'm trying not to jinx myself, but all cakes and chocolate covered Oreos are done!
Cakes are chillin' and will get decorated tomorrow when we get to our Airbnb.

If all goes well, I will be done tomorrow night and will be able to relax and enjoy having all of my kids in the same space at the same time! It's a rarity these days and I'm looking forward to breaking up arguments and telling them to chill out🤣🤣 All at the grown ages of 29, 25, 23 and 17 lol

We are so excited to be welcoming a new daughter into our family! Ashleigh Gorges finally gets the sister she always wanted🤣

Taking today to chill out and couch rot with Mike and Ella.

Next week starts the next wedding stress out. Claire Tindill and Camden Gorges wedding cake. We are T-Minus 12 days and counting!!

I had the honor of making Emerson Steinlage wedding cake yesterday!
When we first talked about her cake, she wanted minimal piping. You sure? Yep. Do you want little pearls on the cake? Nope. Ok girl, I got you!!

You give the bride what the bride wants! Period.

Just because there was minimal piping, does NOT mean there was minimal stress and anxiety lol

Until that cake made it to the cake table and the bride and groom cut their pieces, I don't relax. 🤣

My friend Danielle Woodard came along as my 'cake assistant'/photographer/wedding date. But really she kept me from completely losing it when the lemon curd somehow broke thru the barrier. It's fiiiiiiine completely fiiiiiine!!!

This week's protein cookie flavors are Peanut Butter Chocolate and Cookies n Creme!

For those that are allergic to nuts, the Cookies n Creme are made first so there isn't any cross contamination. Also the kitchen is completely cleaned and reset in between everything I make anyway. Because that's my brain.

I never post videos of myself because 100% of the time I am not camera ready. I'm either just getting home from the gym or its a weekend baking sesh....

Buuuuut.... I had to try the apple pie cinnamon rolls. Mike is off to the side watching me..... I had to hurry and get what I wanted before he swooped in to eat the rest🤣🤣

Yes, that's also Beans waiting for her fair share for being patient and staying out of the kitchen while mom bakes.🤣
