This is take✌️. First batch was garbage, but this second attempt was a success! Thankfully, since I took the risk of doubling the recipe. G-free ingredients are expensive (especially the specialty bread flour!) so I usually stick with small batches until I'm confident in the results. I knew exactly what I did wrong when I read through it again, though, and I really wanted my freezer stocked. Still not perfect, but delicious and that's a win! 😚

This week's flavors:
S'Mores - Buttermilk Vanilla cake mixed with graham crackers and marshmallow fluff, coated in milk chocolate almond bark (all gluten-free ingredients)

Double Chocolate - Our favorite chocolate cake, coated in milk chocolate almond bark. Sounds basic, but she gets all the raves! "best purchased GF item in like ever."
"They remind me of the little Debbie snack brownies only A lot Better and Better for you!"

Vanilla Funfetti - Buttermilk Vanilla cake, mixed with dye-free sprinkles, coated in vanilla almond bark.
