Wicked Good Gluten Free Batter at Barrett's Farm

We are a residential kitchen permitted and inspected. Gluten free bakes goods from basic Blueberry muffins to custom dye free cakes Hi! My name is Victoria.

I am a full time mom of 2 beautiful children and wife of a loving husband. I have always had a passion for baking and feeding people, when I started my gluten free journey nearly 10 years ago I was so frustrated about how you couldn't buy anything gluten free that was actually worth your time or money. It was exhausting and frustrating paying nearly $6 for a muffin that I would throw away after a

couple bites because it was dry or an entire apple pie that cost way too much or even a loaf of bread that was $10 and you could only make 4 sandwiches out of. I have since perfected muffins, cheesecakes, cakes, cookies and more. All from scratch and all gluten free! My biggest challenge has been cinnamon rolls and bread but I am almost there and happy to say I am hoping in a few more batches I will be able to share. My ultimate goal is to be able to support my family in doing what I love, feeding people and making people smile. Please share my page with all your friends to help my dream come to life. XOXO
