With the colder weather, I've definitely been wanting a cozy breakfast in the mornings - accompanied by an iced coffee of course!

Should I do a fun flavor roll in the farmstand this weekend? Let me know what you'd like to see!

Sam's mom reached out to me looking for a tombstone cake to celebrate "The Death of Sam's Teenage Years" and then had delivered to him at work by the grim reaper! 🪦

I was already fully booked for the week when she reached out but I thought the idea was so funny, I needed to help her make it happen! Rumor is Sam was terribly embarrassed but a great sport and his coworkers appreciated the cake!

Happy National Pasta Day 🍝

I made this "One Little Meatball" cake (with matching cupcakes!) for my youngest's first birthday and it was a hit!

What's your preference - real pasta or frosting pasta?

I'm sorry guys! Our whole house is down with a bug and baking for the farmstand just didn't happen this week (seeing as I've been horizontal for most of it) 🤧

I promise you an extra special menu next week to make up for it!

The Douglas branch of Webster First Credit Union celebrated International Credit Union Day by handing out cinnamon rolls and other goodies today. What a thoughtful thing to do for their customers, while supporting a local business at the same time!

I love a cake with a unique theme! This fishing cake was for a rehearsal dinner and my client gave me creative freedom which is always so much fun 🎣

Who's planning on grabbing cinnamon rolls this weekend? 🙋‍♀️

No farmstand this weekend, I've got 21 dozen cupcakes and a cake to bake 😂

If you had told me a year ago, I wouldn't have believed you...

I am so honored to announce that The Aldrich Bakehouse placed Gold in the Bakery and Cupcake categories and Silver in the Muffin catagory in the myfmquestforthebest contest this year. As a home based baker, it's easy for me to downplay myself because I don't have a storefront or physical retail spot but being named in this contest is a great reminder that even the little guys can do big things!

Thank you so much to everyone who shared and voted, your support means the world 💕
