I’m thrilled to share this special cake I made for a baby’s first birthday with the theme *First Trip Around the Sun*! 🎉🌞
The cake is a delicious, fluffy and moist chocolate cake filled with chocolate brigadeiro and *ninho cream fillings, all wrapped in my Brazilian chantilly frosting (our famous homemade whipped cream).

To accompany the cake, I also made soft brigadeiros and vanilla cupcakes, all carefully decorated and made with love. 💖

The cake is beautifully decorated with an ombre effect of yellow and orange, chantilly swirls, and golden glitter, plus a gorgeous sun‑arc topper with the word “one” in shiny gold. 💛🧡
