For this cake, our client loved a LEGO piece, so we took that inspiration and made it larger than life. What started as a simple toy became an edible centerpiece designed specifically for their celebration.

Cake by the Slice today:

Gilligan’s Island — banana cake layered with coconut cream pie filling, finished with whipped cream frosting and toasted coconut. Basically a tropical vacation disguised as cake.

Tres Leches — vanilla cake soaked in three milks with dulce de leche whipped cream and fresh strawberries. Soft, creamy, and one of those cakes people think about later.

Our coffee macakeron is back in the case! It's our classic macaron shell (but bigger) with a vanilla buttercream edge, filled with coffee mousse and a chocolate ganache core. It's absolutely acceptable to eat it for breakfast.
