Tuesday is basically Monday wearing a different outfit. We think it deserves cake.

And lucky for you, we’ve got two pretty good reasons to brighten your day!

Tres Leches – Vanilla cake soaked in three milks, layered with fresh strawberries and whipped cream, and finished with dulce de leche whipped cream frosting.

Red Velvet – Moist, lightly chocolatey red velvet cake layered with rich cream cheese frosting.

Sometimes the invitation tells us everything we need to know. For this cake, that was the entire inspiration: match the invitation and bring the design to life in cake form. From the colors to the details, we took what was on the page and turned it into something made for the center of the celebration.

We think we nailed it.

Our newest seasonal Macakeron is here, and it might be too cute to eat. Almost.

Introducing our Vanilla Chai Latte Macakeron! Sweet, warm, and filled with those cozy chai spices that make this time of year so delicious. And can we talk about the adorable little ghost on top?

Speaking of that ghost, I wanted to share something that’s important to me as a small business owner.

Whenever we use artwork on our desserts, I purchase it from independent artists and small business owners on Etsy. I don’t use AI-generated artwork. In fact, I purchased this little ghost design three years ago, before AI art became so widespread.

These days, when shopping for new designs, I make a conscious effort to look for artwork that someone actually created themselves. Sometimes that’s surprisingly hard to determine!

As a small business owner, I know how much creativity, time, and heart go into making something special. I want to support other artists who put that same effort into their work.

So this little ghost is more than just cute. It’s a little reminder that supporting small businesses matters to me, too.

Saturday morning coffee deserves a cinnamon roll waiting for it. Pick yours up Friday night, then all you have to do Saturday morning is pour the coffee and enjoy. Our cinnamon rolls are soft, loaded with cinnamon, and topped with a tangy cream cheese frosting that makes them one of our customers’ favorites.

Two incredible cakes. One very good reason to leave the house!

Cake by the Slice today at Delish!

Irish – Dense, rich Guinness chocolate cake layered with Jameson’s Irish wh***ey ganache and finished with Bailey’s Irish Cream buttercream. A little indulgent and absolutely worth it!

Lemon Raspberry – Fluffy lemon cake layered with raspberry jam and raspberry whipped cream, then frosted with freshly whipped cream. Light, refreshing, and the perfect balance of sweet and tart!

Our cake slices have a habit of disappearing quickly, so don’t wait until the end of the day and hope there’s some left!

October birthdays deserve better than being swallowed whole by Halloween.

If the horror fan in your life would rather celebrate with Freddy Krueger than balloons and confetti, we fully support that decision. A themed cake is an easy way to make their birthday feel personal while still leaning all the way into spooky season.

Because nothing says “we love you” quite like cake, candles, and a man who haunts your dreams.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month means a little more to us this year. We’ve watched people we love face a cancer diagnosis with incredible strength and grace—including our very own Jane, who we are so grateful to say is now cancer-free.

Early detection matters. Get your mammogram this October and we’ll give you a free cookie, while supplies last.

And because cancer affects so many lives in so many ways, anyone currently battling any type of cancer is invited to come in for a free macaron this month.

It’s a small gesture for people going through something incredibly big.

And to all the women who are still fighting out there—kick its ass. We support you, we’re rooting for you, and I’m thinking of you.

Here’s to Jane, to the fighters, to the survivors, and to everyone who loves someone affected by cancer.

Triple Chocolate — Rich chocolate cake layered with decadent chocolate mousse and finished with semi-sweet chocolate ganache. This one is for the serious chocolate people.

Princess — Vanilla cake with two layers of raspberry and whipped cream, a center layer of pastry cream, all covered in almond buttercream. Light, creamy, fruity and just fancy enough to live up to its name.

Chocolate or vanilla? Rich or fruity? There’s really no reason to make this harder than it needs to be. Get one of each.
