Power up for the weekend because it's going to be a hot one here in southern Oregon.

Your nice words mean everything to me. When people say they love the feel of the bakery or "oooh and ahhh" over the treats, my heart jumps every time.

The bakery is still one of my happy places. I used to say it's basically the inside of my brain and that still holds true. I love going there every day and seeing all of you is one of the reasons why.

A new day, a new macaron story. Yesterdays's failure is today's success! Cookie Butter (not gluten free) is made and now added to our weekly offerings. Other flavors we have this week are strawberry rose, root beer float, poached pear, birthday cake, and fruity pebbles.

Sometimes just don't know what we did wrong. But it's OK. We try, we fail, and really, it's no big deal. They say if you're not failing, you haven't been trying and nothing sums up small business more than that. I say we celebrate our fails because that means we are living!
