I never did get to share that I had the amazing privilege of baking my brother and now sister-in-law's wedding cake in May of this year. I couldn't believe they chose me for such an honor! It was an absolute a joy to get to be a part of their special day. 😍 I really poured my whole heart into their cake! They chose a Cookies and Cream white cake with vanilla buttercream. It was designed to be reminiscent of white birch trees, with white roses and other floral decorations. I'll cherish the memories of that day and of making their cake forever! ❤ Love you A + B!

Hey everyone! Little update: I’m not back in business at the moment. I would love to start baking on the side again someday, but for now I’m planning on converting Rhi’s Pastries to a blog. At least I can share my love of baking through recipes and baking tips that way! 🥰 Stay tuned! Step one is begging Facebook not to delete this page! I had scheduled it for deletion but canceled the request within the 14 day limit… I thought. Cross your fingers with me that I don’t lose this page. I’ll literally cry lol.

I wasn’t able to get many pictures of the birthday cake I made for my brother because we were too excited to dig into it! 😆😍 This Oreo Birthday Confetti cake was so festive and tasty! Cookies and cream cake with whipped ganache filling and Oreo cream cheese frosting, topped with dollops of aqua colored vanilla buttercream! 🎉😋🎊

I’ve been a busy bee making this lovely bunch of banana cupcakes today! 😍🍌 The cake itself is dense and moist like banana bread, and the frosting is a tangy cinnamon cream cheese buttercream. 😋

I made these Chocolate Obsession cupcakes even more...obsess-able (making up words is fun 😆) by adding a thick, gooey ganache filling. 🤤 Chocoholics everywhere, rejoice! 🙌🏼🍫

Frosted in raspberry buttercream, this cake is made up of fluffy, moist yellow cake layers and filled with luscious lemon curd. 🍋 A delicious and bright combination of sweet and tart! 😋
