These cakes are such a collaborative effort. Starting with the design phase with the client to make all the ideas blend into something cohesive, to sourcing all the individual pieces and then outsourcing for custom elements you can’t find, like these amazing toppers/cake charms by and custom hand painted cookies by the insanely talented . It takes many hands and minds to get to the final product!

The 8/10” coconut lime cake was the perfect way to really drive those island vibes home, and the final touch was adding some macarons on the side in nostalgic childhood flavors like fruity pebbles, dunkaroo, s’mores, and strawberry shortcake bar.

This is the difference of a bespoke bakery, something truly custom and meaningful to you. They’re my favorite cakes to make, so please never stop ordering them!

Lily of the Valley inspired buttercream beauty for Grace and Mike ✨
Lots of texture with the palette knife pained buttercream base, gold leaf accents, and the line drawing florals! The little bells of the Lily of the Valley were a favorite for sure 🤍

WE’RE BACK BABYYY!! b.wild Baking Company macaron taste test, this time at Epic Universe!

Darren and I were truly not expecting that we would find some of the best macarons that we have tried at a theme park of all places, but K. Rammelle in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter-Ministry of Magic really delivered!! The shells were aesthetically pleasing with mostly good structural integrity, and the interesting lineup of ganache fillings really set them apart from others. Some flavors could be a bit punchier and a few of the shells could have been fresher, but for mass produced macarons we were impressed. The $20/6 price point was more than fair, especially for the quality and the fact that you’re in a theme party where prices tend to be inflated. If you’re a macaron fan, it’s definitely worth the visit!
