When one of my best amazing people was over today as I pulled these sweet things from the oven, I asked her opinion on flavor because I'd been indecisive about "Plain Maple or Maple Espresso icing" and she responded passionately"oh .... definitely add espresso, delicious and just a bit different".

A new flavor this week at the Cottage AND it's gluten/dairy friendly counterpart will show up at The Marshfield Farmers' Market tomorrow (I'm back baby!!!)
