To celebrate Bryn Mawr’s grand opening this weekend, our pastry team created something special just for opening weekend: the Lemon Poppy Kouign Amann.

To create this decadent pastry, our team layers house-made creamy poppy seed spread and lemon sugar into our croissant dough. As it bakes, the layers create sweet, zesty pockets that practically melt in your mouth. Finished with a bright lemon glaze and candied lemon to seal the deal.

Available exclusively at Bryn Mawr on June 20th and 21st while they last. We can’t wait to share it with you!
