This is typically my absolute busiest time of year, mostly due to birthdays and baby showers. I've had to turn down a crazy amount of inquiries this year so far and it breaks my heart to do that, so I wanted to leave a note to explain why you haven't seen any work posted lately. I have shut down my bakery indefinitely due to some long-term, non-communicable health problems that I've been receiving treatment for over the past 6 months. At this time, I am unsure if/when I will reopen, however I plan to occasionally share my past work and the bakes I make for my family as I'm able.

The cake below was this year's Easter cake. My daughter helped design it by drawing "a mommy Easter bunny carrying a baby Easter bunny on her head" on edible paper using food-safe markers with edible ink. It was such a sweet experience to involve my little artist into my passion. She had so much fun and I'd bet she will insist on helping with all of our family Easter cakes in the future. 🥰

This is a two-tier vintage cake that I recently decorated as a favor for a sweet friend! It was for her sister's baby shower. The cake itself is a chantily cake from Whole Foods, which we all know is delicious, but man are those a challenge to decorate!!

After baking and decorating 6 dozen custom graduation cookies and a custom graduation cake (will show in upcoming posts), I'm excited to say that my bakery is closed for summer 2025!

My customer recently purchased cookies for her sisters college acceptance and golf scholarship 🙌🏼🙌🏼, so she wanted to purchase more for her high school graduation too. She asked to keep the designs very simple and within the colors of both schools, which happens to be black and gold... for both schools. 😅 She did let me throw in a bit of pink though. ❤️ Congratulations on your high school graduation, Lillie!!

A little something different... I had the honor of donating and shipping cookies to my nephews baseball team in Georgia as they went into the playoffs this season! The boys had such an amazing season and built strong friendships along the way. 🙌🏼 Had to throw in a taekwondo gi with a purple belt in there for my oldest nephew too... couldn't leave my Boog out! 😉
