Pastor Adam’s message this past Sunday 🙏🏼

Follow their page Magnolia's First Baptist Church and watch from home or come sit with us this next Sunday! 🥰💕✨✝️✨

God's Word doesn't promise us an easy life.

It doesn't promise that our finances will always be secure, that our suffering will immediately end, or that every prayer for healing will be answered exactly as we hoped.

We may not know what tomorrow holds, but we know who holds tomorrow.

That's why James calls us to live differently.

Don't put your trust in wealth.
Don't give up when suffering comes.
Don't stop praying.

Perhaps there is something you've been carrying that you have tried to manage on your own. Maybe it's a financial burden. A strained relationship. A health concern. A fear about the future. A prayer you've been praying for a long time.

Bring it to God.

Sometimes God answers our prayers by changing the circumstances.
And sometimes He answers by giving us the grace to endure them.

He can heal you, but He can also hold you.

So whatever you're facing today, don't run away from God. Run to Him.
