ORIGIN Breads is dedicated to baking small batches of handcrafted and long-fermented sourdough breads using 100% organic grains grown and stone milled in Wisconsin. ORIGIN Breads combines Wisconsin grown and stone-milled organic grains with wild yeasts and long fermentation times to make loaves with maximum flavor and nutrition. We bake small batches of handcrafted, naturally leavened hearth loaves and focaccia. Our bread can be purchased at markets, co-ops and farmers markets around Madison.

Our special tonight has spinach pistachio pesto, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives and roasted chestnut and micro shiitake mushrooms. You can add sausage or pepperoni if you’re looking for more protein.

It’s going to be a beautiful evening for pizzas and drinks or wherever you’d like to carry your pizza away to.

Pictured is last week’s special. This week’s has an organic tomato sauce base topped with roasted shiitake and chestnut mushrooms, shaved organic asparagus and ramp pesto.
