I think if I had written a book about my cake experiences 2 years ago it would be called "The cake artist who is afraid of fondant" lol. But in all seriousness I was terrified of fondant. I am happy that my customers still encouraged me and gave me so much confidence. Practice is the key! I am so in love with fondant cakes now! I am excited for this new adventure.
