There was a moment when this was just an idea.
A dream.
A risk.

After years in a completely different industry, I chose flour over fear — and Diego’s Bakery was born from that leap of faith.

Now we’re getting closer to opening the doors to our new home in West LA.

This space represents long nights, early mornings, recipe testing, second chances, growth… and so much gratitude. Every cake, every bake, every detail is made from the heart — just like day one.

We had an amazing time this morning on Mañana Latina! 🎉 Thank you so much to the entire team for welcoming us back to share some of our handcrafted treats—this time we brought an assortment of our fresh-baked goodies: Chocolate Chip Muffins, Blueberry Muffins, Cocoa Chocolate Chip Muffins, Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Macadamia with White Chocolate Chip Cookies. 🧁🍪

We’re beyond proud to share that Diego's Bakery has partnered with the Friendship Foundation—an organization doing incredible work empowering individuals with developmental disabilities.
Through this partnership, we’ve welcomed an amazing college student to our team whose enthusiasm, commitment, and positivity have added so much heart to our kitchen. Watching them grow and contribute has been a reminder that inclusion is not just good for the workplace—it’s essential.
