The Passion Fruit Coconut cookie was born out of kindness. I was gifted some passion fruits from a friend that has a tree in her yard. I can’t wait for her to try this one!
It’s a passion fruit cookie with passion fruit curd and topped with a coconut milk buttercream. As always, no artificial flavors or dyes- all from scratch (and friends) 🤎
