We promise we didn’t forget about Dad! Father’s Day is THIS SUNDAY (just so you don’t forget too hehe) and we’re making CHOCOLATE JAMESON PIES with a graham cracker crust (recipe and guidance from Laroolou ), silky chocolate pudding (lifted from the SB fancy desserts book) and whipped cream. Does anyone make new recipes anymore? Anyways, it’s yummy and we have an N/A version with maple whipped cream for those who don’t partake. Contains soy and gluten, but is vegan. Hope Dad likes it! Ok the kale sandwich is gone (sorry I didn’t warn you!) but we have a NEW SANDWICH and it is FULLY endorsed by the whole team (even the meat eaters!). It is a JAPANESE CHICKPEA TUNA with the everyone-wants-wants-it-no-one-can-find-it VEGAN mayo, yuzu kosho and furikake (that we make!). The combo is like a modern mirepoix of sorts. Topped with crunchy raw cabbage on our sesame focaccia.

It’s served cold and wrapped in plastic (giving packed lunch for a school field trip) so find it in our FRIDGE!

SPRING MENU

-last day for blueberry danish is tomorrow! Wednesday 5/13! Yall weren’t a huge fan of this-was it because it looks too dark???

Croissants: plain, chocolate, furikake, cinnamon knots, twice baked (we make them on Friday and when they’re out for the week… They’re out!)
Danishes: Meyer lemon (yall like this one!), blood orange and black sesame, strawberry lemon verbena (starts Thursday!), miso asparagus, egg roll danish
Pastries: strawberry coconut scone, yuzu poppy seed scone, kale caramelized onion scone, strawberry almond muffin
Cookies: chocolate chip cookies, black sesame cookies and peanut butter cookies
Sandwiches: focaccia sandwich (kale, romesco, pickled red onions) and croissant sandwich (Chinese tomato sauce, cabbage)

Cinnamon rolls and pop tarts on weekends at 9am! Officially! I said it!

🚨Loyalty cards PSA

We get many comments on how nostalgic our loyalty cards are. We love that they bring you joy from your punch card coffee or boba college years, but for us it’s really simple: we don’t want your data, we just want your loyalty.

You can get a stamp on your loyalty card for every pls in, chocolate croissant or a danish (sweet or savory) you purchase. You CANNOT get a stamp on cookies, muffins, cinnamon knots, sandwiches, twice baked croissants etc. Why? Because my accountant said so! Sorry!
