(sugar, chocolate, cocoa butter, milkfat, soy

Organic coconut sugar, Full-fat cottage cheese (cultured pasteurized skim milk, cream, salt), Medjool dales, butter (unsalted pasteurized cream), Casein micellar protein powder, ISOPURE protein powder, unbleached organic white flour, Large eggs, Pure vanilla extract, Cornstarch, Baking soda, Pink Himalayan Salt, Liquid monk fruit sweetener.

I cut down as much as I could with the carbohydrates while upping the protein and using natural sugars. I’ll be selling these this Saturday and whatever doesn’t sell. I’m sure my daughter will happily eat.😂

* The Lowdown on Sourdough vs. Store-bought
For a 50g serving:
* Store-bought White Bread: ~24g Net Carbs (High Glycemic Index)
* Freshly Baked Sourdough: ~21g Net Carbs (Medium-Low GI)
* Chilled/Toasted Sourdough: ~18g Net Carbs (Low GI)

* The “Insulin Effect”
My 20-hour bulk ferment creates lactic and acetic acids that act as “carb blockers.” They slow down carb digestion and enzyme activity.
