Had fun with this one. Easter inspired cheesecakes this week with a twist. Choc mousse cheese cake with Cadburys, dark chocolate shell, new York whipped topping and finished it off with Cadbury eggs and a white choc crumble.

These can be eaten three different ways. Freeze it for more of an ice cream texture, refrigerate it for a smooth creamy texture, or let it sit on the counter for about an hour and enjoy it as a light fluffy whipped delight.
