O’zapft is! 🍺 Grab your dirndls and lederhosen because The Bitty Bakery is bringing a sweet taste of Munich to Liberty Hill!

Join us at San Gabriel River Brewery
Saturday Oct. 24th
1-6pm 🍻

Here’s our scratch made sweets we’ll be baking up:

• Gebrannte Mandeln with Caramel Popcorn – Crunchy, sweet, roasted candied almonds tossed with caramel popcorn and salted pretzel pieces for the ultimate sweet and salty crunch.

• Soft Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel – A warm, pretzel dusted in cinnamon sugar and served with a sweet vanilla dip.

Lebkuchenherz – The ultimate festival tradition and the perfect Oktoberfest accessory for when you want to look festive but also want an easy backup snack.

• Black Forest Cookies – A rich chocolate cookie base topped with tart cherry compote, smooth frosting, and chocolate shavings.

• Bee Sting Cookies – Inspired by the classic Bienenstich cake. A delicious honey cookie topped with toasted almond slices.

• Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies – Not technically Bavarian, but absolutely necessary at any event.

• Vanilla Bean Sugar Cookies – Soft, buttery, and decorated in Bavarian flair.

We are still smiling from yesterday!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to our pop-up at the mini craft fair! Getting to share our cookies and pastries with you was the absolute best part of our weekend.

We loved meeting so many amazing local crafters and connecting with everyone who stopped by our booth to chat and treat themselves. Your support means the world to our small bakery!

This was so much fun that we cannot wait to do more public events soon. Keep an eye on our page for updates on where we will be popping up next! Already working on more flavors 🍪

"A baker is never late. They finish frosting precisely when they mean to!" 🧙‍♂️ It's almost my FAVORITE holiday, HOBBIT DAY! To celebrate Bilbo and Frodo’s birthday, I’m throwing it back to the absolute peak of my baking journey: the time Warner Bros. named me their Hobbit Fan of the Week for making these Gandalf Chai Spice Latte Cupcakes!
