Hello and Season’s Greetings! We have been wonderfully busy filling orders over the last few months and look forward to getting you through the holidays!!

It’s that time of year to share amazing gluten-free, dairy-free treats with family and friends. We will also offer our cheesecakes nut-free. We will be accepting Thanksgiving cheesecake orders until 6pm this Friday, November 18th. This year, we are focusing our offerings on two delicious 9” cakes:

1. Traditional Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake: Vanilla or Gingersnap Crust, country pumpkin pie filling, topped with our coconut-honey caramel and either roasted or candied pecans (we also have nut free toppings if you need)

and, Darrel’s all-time favorite,

2. Citrus Bliss Cheesecake: Ginger-Vanilla Crust, blissful orange zest filling, topped with cranberry-orange reduction (a 4" version is shown in the photo, but we'll scale it up for you!)

We have a few remaining morning pick-up (or delivery) slots for each day of next week starting Tuesday and ending Thursday. PM us today to reserve your cake and a pickup slot!

Hello our Gluten Free PhD friends and family! We have been busy fulfilling personal orders, but decided to take a break to add a little treat for all of you. Fall is here, which means holidays are close behind!! We are happy to provide you with a little preview of one of our fall/winter favorites.

We have four 4” mini Citrus Bliss cheesecakes. It features a vanilla-ginger crust, orange zest cheesecake, topped with cranberry orange reduction with notes of cardamom, ginger, and cinnamon.

We also have a new variety we have made, but there is only one mini available. It is our Carob Chip Cherry cheesecake. It features a vanilla crust, vanilla cheesecake with carob chips dispersed throughout, topped with a delicious classic cherry compote.

Details:

-Mini cheesecakes: $16/each.
-Venmo accepted for payment. Once payment has been received, we will hold and box up a mini for you! Sold on a first come basis.

I assume we aren’t able to actually call it an Almond Joy Cheesecake without gaining (paying for) rights from the company, so I ask our Gluten Free PhD fans, what should we name this decadent dessert?!

Dani thinks we should use a play on words and call it our, “Almond Disapproval.” Darrel and E-Babe just don’t think that is our best marketing, lol, what do YOU suggest?!

Today we rang-in our birthday new year with a homemade gluten free (and dairy free) birthday scone!! It was delicious!

Per our usual, all organic, high-quality ingredients and no processed sugars or dyes. …and because it was for our personal family to devour, the little one helped make them!

Hello our sweet Gluten Free PhD fans!! We asked you what kind of chemistry you are craving, and well, the responses are still flowing!! We’ve decided we will just make all of them, or as many as possible before we get into our holiday baking mode in October.

We are also excited because this is Dani & E-Babe’s birthday week, in fact, today is their birthday. We’ve. Been. Busy. Our little one woke at 3:30am, whispering, “Momma? Papa? Play.“ So we have been playing hard!! Papa and babe also crashed hard for a nice long (much needed) nap.

Even though we’ve been busy with birthday festivities, we still took time to make a couple of cheesecakes. For this week, we have 3 folks who have the opportunity to receive their $5 slice.
