June was another busy month, thank you Lord!!😆 it truly is wedding season and can't for graduation season.

At the beginning of June, I had the opportunity to make the biggest cake yet to date for my home bakery. It was a 3 tier wedding cake (picture below). Each tier had 3 layers of cake and 2 layers of filling. The cake was my eggless chocolate cake. The filling was dark chocolate ganache with fresh raspberries. Decorated in gold/white crystal sprinkles with white pearl sprinkles. Outside is vanilla buttercream dyed ivory. The cake in the end weighed between 40-50lbs😆 With the help of my mom, we delivered it to Silverwood Park up in the Minneapolis area

2 weeks later, I made another wedding cake and a cake for my coworker's boyfriend. This time it was for a classmate of mine from my culinary class (2022-2023). With her husband being a chocolate lover, the cake and filling were both chocolate. My eggless chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache filling. I delivered it solo this time. Not missing the opportunity to say hi to a former classmate turned friend of mine😄 The cake was a 2 tier cake with each tier having 2 layers of cake and 1 layer of filling. On the same day, before delivering the wedding cake, I made and delivered a cake for my coworker. She asked me to make a fun spiderman cake for her boyfriend

Lastly, at the end June, I got to make cookies for my younger sister's high school graduation party😆 I asked my birthmom if I could make Kennedy (my sister) a dessert for her party. She opted for cookies. So, I made her favorite plus 2 more types. Her favorite being my chocolate crinkle cookies. I feel so honored to be her older sister🥰 internally, I'm crying. I was able to see her walk across the stage to recieve her high school diploma. Can't wait to see her enter college😆

Well.... I'm a little behind on posting😅 But a lot has happened since the last post.

Starting with the May. In the beginning week of May, I had the opportunity to bale for the graduation commencement ceremony for my college North Central University. As an alumni, I was beyond excited when they reached out to place an order. The order was 41 dozen cookies (4 different types) and 20 pans of brownies/bars (2 different types, 10 pans each). There were 492 cookies and 480 brownies/bars. My parents gas oven, which is over 25 years old, was an absolute champ!!! I was told later that all the desserts were gone by the end of the graduation🤯😆 Thank you Lord for such an opportunity!!!

Next was a wedding cake order that was a chocolate cake with homemade raspberry jam filling and dark chocolate ganache outside. A simple yet beautiful design😊 unfortunately, I was able to get a picture of it before it was picked up

Then, at the end of May during Memorial Day weekend, my brother got married!!! I had the opportunity to make both the cookies for dessert and the wedding cake😆 His fiancé now wife, wanted a red velvet heart shaped cake with vanilla buttercream in a vintage style design. With cherries on top🍒🎂 I add the touch of a silver edible glitter to the cake. I wanted to cake to match her wedding dress. Which was very very very ✨️sparkly✨️ The wedding day was beyond perfect and I'm so excited to have a sister-in-law😆

If you read down to here, you are now caught up on what has happened in my home bakery😁

Death could not hold You
The veil tore before You
You silenced the boast of sin and grave
The heavens are roaring
The praise of Your glory
For You are raised to life again
You have no rival
You have no equal
Now and forever, God You rein

Hi is Raisen

Happy Easter everyone!!

I designed this cake in mind of how Jesus defeated death. Death being the bottom. And Jesus defeating death being raised to life again being the white top

Some of the swoops are off on the cake😅 that's just because I have hand tremors. So piping that part. My hands were not doing well🙃

Welcome back to a new cookie of the month!!😆 This month the cookie will be switched with what was originally planned. April's cookie of the month was supposed to be red velvet sugar. To remember the love my Grandpa had for cookies, I decided to have his birthday month, April, be his favorite cookie Classic Chocolate Chip🥰🥹 I'll forever love and miss you Grandpa❤️

It has been a long moment since I've last posted. A lot has happened in my life. From my grandpa's passing in November 2025, receiving orders for my home bakery, to recently being in my first car accident (I was rear ended🙃) and dealing with insurance to fix my car.

But now.... I'M BACK😆

With that, I present to you the cake I made for my brother and his fiancé's valentine party. I'll be posting a reel on my Instagram page of the inside of the cake. Either this weekend or early next week. Be sure to check in out!!😆😄

The cake is a pink marble vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream. Decorated, of course, as a vintage style design
