Ran home and put the rest of the extras out! Holy moly you guys cleared me out!

Goods are out! There is a ton of extra bread, cinnamon roll muffins, jam and icing. I didnt get a chance to make honey butter, sorry for the let down!

Also if youre interested there are some cups of starter in the bread house for free.

A few things to note

*the lemon blueberry this week I will be trialing organic dried blueberries instead of fresh, hoping to gain more control on the internal structure of the loaves

*I will do my best to have cinnamon roll muffins available again, they were a HUGE hit just had to order some different supplies. Thinking boxes of 4 instead of individuals

*no time for cookies this week!

4am in the bakery Mixing up 40 loaves of OG sourdough!
Almost got through the whole process then forgot to record the last 2 folds 🤣 Im trying my best guys!
