While we've grown, we're still so proud of our roots and our privilege to bake with an amazing local team, and to share our baked goods with our community and beyond.

The biscotti is BACK! 🎉🙌

If you were one of the many people calling, emailing, or asking your local grocery store where our biscotti disappeared to… this one’s for you. 😂 We heard you loud and clear.

Our bags were on backorder, but the wait is finally over and your favorite twice-baked treat is back on the shelves!

P.S. Before anyone asks 😉—you may notice our bakers handling the biscotti without gloves in this video. That’s during the first handling, before the second bake. Gloves are ALWAYS worn during packaging, when the biscotti is ready to eat, following food safety requirements.

And yes… we tracked down the lovely gentleman who left the voicemail, asked for his permission to use his voice, and thanked him with some biscotti. 🤎🍪

TGIF! One of our favorite new appetizers are the spent grain pretzel sticks from The Bread Shed in Keene, NH. Chef pairs the pretzels with three of our house made sauces - Classic cheese, honey mustard and Carolina Gold.

Keene, meet your new obsession 👀🍕🥨🍻

We’re so excited to see Black Cloud Brewing Co. bringing fresh energy to Keene’s brewing scene and even more excited that they’re doing it with our dough + pretzels.

Their pizzas are made with our Neapolitan pizza dough, their spent grain pretzels use their own brewing grains with our pretzel dough, and you’ll also find our classic pretzel bites on the menu.

We love supporting local businesses creating something special right here in our community. Congrats to the BlackCloud Brewing team, we’re happy to be a small part of it 🖤☁️
