PS: also have a standing residential freezer that needs a home. No handle and has some bakery graffiti but otherwise solid.

Young Redeemer wheat destined for 2026 harvest blanketing fields in Vermont. Tyler supplies us with roughly 25% of our total grain use, which we then mill into flour on our Astrié stone mill. Shortening the commodity chain while supporting small farmers and craftsmen is one reason we mill our own flour; the other is simply because it’s fun, giving us more freedom to play around with our breads and pastry. People have been pestering us about lunches on Monday. While we designed Mondays as a slow start as we get up to speed for rest of week, we can manage a few sammies. Maybe pizzas in future. Today we’ve got Parisian, Tomato Mozzarella Basil, and Mortadella (pictured). Don’t say we never listen😃. Remember, no online orders and we close at 1.
