Thanks for your ongoing patience while The Bread Shed has been quiet. I promise, it was for good reason and am pleased to finally share…

Production is all set up in a brand new 340 sq. ft. custom-built micro-bakery. It’s bright, clean, completely self-contained, commercially equipped and ready for serving our community.

This build took over a decent part of the basement, was a true labor of love, and offers more space to learn and grow.

What better way to celebrate than to fill up The Bread Shed, this Friday will be your chance to snap up fresh sourdough and OG’s…

The basement will soon be a fully functional, self contained bakery.

It has begun, permits are in place and by mid June we will re-open with a whole new setup, process and vibe.

Here is what the new bakery and Food Establishment License will allow me to offer…

• Hot Food
• Catering for businesses, events etc
• Charcuterie Boards 8 Tables
• Artisan Sandwich Platters & Party Trays
• Custom Meal Prep
• Wholesale & Resale
• Full Creative Freedom
• Filled pastries, NY Cheesecake etc
• Sausage Rolls, Cheese/Meat breads etc

Everything will be made, baked, prepared and produced in a large, clean, safe, secure environment with all NSF certified commercial equipment. Quality and consistency remain priorities and this is another big step in that direction.
