Here’s a tasty Sneak Peek of what you’ll soon find at Bahlm Co Coffee Bar …

We are so excited to bring our handcrafted sweets and artisan breads into their coffee shop!

You’ll notice this week there’s no sourdough because….drum roll please…

….applications and fees for all available commercial licensing have been submitted to the Department of Agriculture. Our inspection is scheduled for Monday!

In the meantime, there is ongoing prep to ensure everything is clean, tidy and up to code for approval. Our sourdough will be back next week, with some exciting news.

We are doing this together Neighbors. Thank You for helping us grow!

Oktoberfest deserves a RESTOCK!

The Bread Shed has been refilled this morning with all your favorites!

We have ample parking, payment info is inside, feel free to come by anytime for fresh sourdough bread and OG brioche cinnamon rolls.

Also, our besties at Bahlm Co Coffee Bar have a delicious Fall Menu and a little birdie mentioned FREE OG SAMPLES…while supplies last.

Production is finished for this week so we can enjoy the festivities. Please feel free to come up and say hello if you see us out and about. I get a kick out of meeting everyone in person!

It’s a wonderful weekend to relax and enjoy Oktoberfest with our Neighbors!

The Bread Shed is OUT OF STOCK!

Wow, I am grateful to everyone for buying up every last sourdough batard and OG cinnamon roll. The response is so encouraging and each week I work hard to scale up each batch.

This week, I had so much fun working with around 23 kilos (or 51ish lbs) of sourdough to produce all the goodies for your tables. Your patience is appreciated as I continue scaling to keep up!

Thank You for giving me the opportunity to serve. If there are any tray cakes left over from tomorrow’s community supper I’ll post them for sale.

Enjoy this beautiful weather Neighbors, I’ll see you in the morning with an early Menu Drop for this next week. It’s going to be good!
