Milan's Market is a small family owned and run Italian bakery bringing you authentic Italian food, all hand made from scratch. We offer a variety of bakery and specialty food products like fresh pasta and sauces using our family recipes and the freshest local ingredients. I built from scratch a mobile Wood-Fired Pizza Oven so we are availabe for catering your special event or your business event.
We use REAL wood , grown right here in the central valley not gas. Each pizza is made in full view of your guests then cooked in a 900° degree oven in about 75-90 seconds. The sights the smells the sounds all reminiscent of being served in that little hole in the wall Pizzeria on the streets of Italy.
