Re-introducing our most popular meat pie, the Japanese Beef Curry Hand Pie! As always, we buy many of our ingredients from our farmer friends who are doing the hard work and getting us beautiful products to highlight in our hand pies. Recently, a couple of regulars of ours, individually said to me that they didnt realize that we are so invested in buying local. So, if they didnt know this, obviously I dont talk about it enough. It is one of the commitments we made 11 years ago when we started our journey making hand pies. And, we will keep building on these relationships. The farms I highlight in this reel are only a few of the amazing farms around here that you can get produce, or meat, or cheese, or flour from. Search them out! Help them flourish, not just sustain!
