“I am a Palauan/American digital artist. I was born and raised in Ithaca near Taughannock Falls. I have been painting for nearly 3 years. I started painting because a lot of Palauan history has been lost over time, and I feel like it is my responsibility to tell these stories as I am the last to know them. My art reflects my desire to tell the origin stories of both sides of my Palauan family: my great grandmother’s side – Udes Clan and my great grandfather’s side – The Basilius family, descendants from a Portuguese navigator back in the 1700’s.”

On October 10-11 and 17-18, from 11:00am to 5:00pm each day, 36 fine & functional artists are open one or both weekends for the 28th annual Greater Ithaca Art Trail OPEN STUDIO WEEKENDS!
