We love consulting our favorite books as we get ready to head back outside in April. The Flavor Bible and The Flavor Matrix especially have been my best friends in the kitchen over the years when inspiration runs dry and nothing sounds right.
If you want your own I believe you can order your own copies from and for your own culinary inspiration!! Not sure if has a copy to borrow but always worth a check as well!
