Happy Valentine's Day! A friend asked me to make a Persian Love Cake a few years ago and since then, it's been one of my favorite cakes. It's hard to see the gold leaf on here but the cake in person is just beautiful. Cat Cafe is serving this today! Don't forget to give the kitties some love!
