Staff Spotlight! You may have seen Miranda working away in the kitchen. She began as an apprentice baker in May 2022 and was only planning on staying for the summer. She now serves as Sous Chef! Her favorite product is our Pretzel Rolls. We’re blessed to have her on the L’Etoile team!
