We make brownies and blondies with lots of love (and lots of butter). We sell at local farmers' markets and festivals, as well as at the Greene Street Market Store in downtown Huntsville. We love to do custom orders - you can choose your favorite ingredients and flavors. Brownies and blondies make delightful wedding or party favors, and stunning stacked dessert platters. We ONLY use fairly traded

cocoa, chocolate, and vanilla. These wonderful ingredients come from faraway places, so many Americans don't realize the issues at stake. We want our treats to make people happy, including the people who bring us our chocolate & vanilla - no child slavery or farmer exploitation! Our current supplier of cocoa and chocolate is Equal Exchange (http://equalexchange.coop/products/chocolate), and our supplier of some varieties of chocolate is Whole Foods. Our current supplier for vanilla is The Vanilla Queen (http://vanillaqueen.com/).
