Happy 250th Birthday, America!
From The Cookie Stack Bakeshop Studio, I’m reflecting on some of my favorite patriotic cookie platters from the past. These red, white & blue creations were among my very first platters, and they remain all-time favorites. They helped me grow my skills, confidence, and level up as a cookier from royal icing techniques to fun designs like starry flags, “Made in the USA,” and festive patriotic themed designs .

I’m so thankful for the joy and opportunity to serve our local community through my cookies over the years. Each platter was made with pride and love, bringing smiles during celebrations and creating sweet memories.

🎉 Congratulations to all our amazing 2026 high school graduates, near and far!
From The Cookie Stack Bakeshop studio, I’m so proud of every one of you as you close this chapter and step into the next! Whether you’re headed to college, trade school, the military, or straight into the workforce..your hard work deserves to be celebrated in the sweetest way.
This Ohio State-themed graduation platter was one of my very first cookie platters and remains an all time favorite. Made with love for a friend whose daughter was accepted to Ohio State, this platter was one of my very first and remains an all time favorite that always sparks wonderful conversations among family and friends.

My all-time favorite Christmas set is back in the oven, and I’m still not over it — completely obsessed, every single year. ✨
This “Believe” Santa & Vintage Christmas Lights platter owns my heart. The cheerful retro palette, that sweet nostalgic Santa “Believe” in the season, and the full circle of glossy old-fashioned bulbs… it’s pure, timeless holiday magic. Every time I make it I think “this is the one,” and every time it proves me right. It’s a platter of joy, making every table merry and bright.
