Since we’ll be on Sinatra Drive for the River City Fair, we thought it would be fun to release a Sinatra inspired cookie. Our take on one of his favorites, the classic Sicilian cookie - biscotti Regina. 🇮🇹

As an Italian, I might be a little biased, but this is probably one of my favorite cookies I’ve made so far.

Lou’s Oatmeal Raisin. This one’s for you Dad.✨

I wanted to make a special cookie in honor of my Dad and I just never really felt ready to share it. Thank you to the persistent customer who asked for oatmeal raisin every week. That finally gave me the push I needed. The feedback on this cookie has been wonderful and means the world to me.

And I think he would’ve loved it too.
