Yuki's Bakery & Coffee

Yuki's Bakery & Coffee Unique bakery and delicatessen items, inspired by the Jewish & Israeli kitchen. Yuki is inspired by Israeli flavors and scents.

The flagship items on the menu include: challah, borek, rugelach, vegan oat and dates square, alfajores, granola, quiches and Yuki’s signature babkas. The coffee served is by Counter Culture Coffee - retail packages will be available too. Other retail products that will be sold are gourmet non-perishable products such as: Israeli Tahini - Har Bracha, quality za’atar, organic tea, silan-date honey and halva.

It all started during the pandemic … I was home with nothing to do … with a 6 months old baby … home … I decided to do w...

It all started during the pandemic … I was home with nothing to do … with a 6 months old baby … home … I decided to do what I love to do and started experimenting new recipes of babka … different flavors … different kinds… we ate a lot of babka during those months of April, May & June  2020… at one point Rami told me its time to open a bakery and sell these baked goods… before you know it – we started looking for a spaces in Hoboken. None of the spaces we saw worked … until we got to the Monroe Center and saw the vacant store …we signed a lease in August 2020… the rest is history … The bakery was officially opened in March 16, 2021 – 5 years ago today!
 
So much has happened in these 5 years … so many baked goods, so much coffee – so many amazing customers, expansion to the next door store … I am grateful for it all!
Please come celebrate with us throughout the day today … we have a special treat for everyone today!
