It’s important as a business owner to not only share the highs but the lows too. I hosted my mommy and me class last weekend. I originally had to reschedule this class due to my sister’s passing. I had two people pay and then gave away a ticket. The day of the class one of my students wasn’t feeling her best and then the giveaway winner didn’t make it. So I ended up with one family.

I believe in times like this instead of canceling the show must go on and that’s exactly what I did. We had a blast and we each decorated a cake and cupcakes and I delivered a cake kit to my student later on. It was a fun class and the lady’s son was soooo smart.

My biggest lesson from this is learning how to properly advertise these classes to reach more people who would be interested. Three classes down more to come 🤗
