Big news, Fairy Tale Bakery family! The bittersweet time has come to say farewell to our beloved customers and incredible market family! This weekend, Our Fairy Tale Bakery will have our final bake of the year, our last market of the season, and our last bake here in Virginia before our big move to New Mexico in January.

We are so excited to see everyone at the Yorktown Market Days Mistletoe Market for one more magical event! We’re baking an absolutely epic amount of goodies and fresh bread for you all.

Due to a family emergency, we will not be baking this weekend.

My dad recently had a heart attack and will be undergoing surgery. Our family is traveling to be with him during this time, so we won’t be baking this week or setting up at the Yorktown Market Days Maritime Market or on the porch this weekend.

We’re disappointed to miss seeing all of our amazing customers, but right now our focus is being together and supporting Dad through his surgery and recovery. We’re praying for a smooth procedure and a full, speedy recovery.

Please keep our family in your prayers as many of us travel from all over the country to be by his side. 🙏

We’re so grateful for your understanding, love, and continued support—and we’re planning to be back next weekend, God willing, for the Yorktown Market Days Fall Festival.
