Every year I sit down and go through my business on how I can make a difference within our community and surrounding communities.
So far I have the Giving Tree at the shop, a donation of tips that goes towards those who can’t pay their full tab or just needs a little help.
A mini “food pantry” of donated non perishable foods. Everyone also gets a discount for donating.
I have donations though the I Support the Girls here in KC. Any donation of feminine products or money gives you a discount at the shop.
I donate what I can every year to fundraisers, schools and to families within our city.
I am now offering a new sponsorship opportunity. For $20, your business, company or name will be able to provide a child a cake for their birthday. Here is what your $20 provides:
A complete birthday cake kit
9x13 baking pan, cake mix, icing, can of sprite (for the eggs and oil), sprinkles, balloons, candles and a topper made by CraftyNellieKC
Your business name or an individual name and their logo will be printed on the form and placed in every single cake kit.
The first 10 kits on are me and will be ready by next week. Donations can be mailed directly to the shop (address listed below) or Venmo can be sent as well. I will post that in the comments.
