For The Pavilion Market this Saturday, we have freshly picked rhubarb, rhubarb crisps, 🍓 strawberry/rhubarb jam, rhubarb jam and jelly, and even Pure Fruit Rhubarb jam. The beautiful color comes from our own dark red Valentine rhubarb, we NEVER use any artificial dye in our gluten free kitchen. We also have maple syrup, 19 varieties of jam, and lots of other gluten free baked goods.

Welcome to the Pavilion Market on Saturday May 23rd. It is maple syrup and honey day this week. And do we have maple syrup this year. Medium and dark will be at our stand. Plenty of gluten free baked goods, including molasses cookies. And the first picking of RHUBARB!!!! Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow. Things are growing well in the hoop house. Won't be long before we will have lots of vegetables.

The first Pavilion Market in Ga***rd starts Saturday May 16th, 9 am to 1 pm. No produce yet. But lots of maple syrup, jam and gluten free baked goods (pink lemonade mini cupcakes). We missed seeing all of our patrons over the winter. The weather is going to be nice, so stop by and say hi. We can update everyone on the hoop house and our summer plans.

Hoop house is planted. Tomatoes, peppers, beans , cucumbers and squash. More work to come. Trellising and staking. Drip irrigation needs to be installed. Lots to do yet.
Peas and cabbage are in. Garlic looks great. Warm weather crops go in around Memorial Day.
Looking forward to a good growing season this summer.
