At Starry Night, we believe your coffee deserves a good sidekick—which is why we put a lot of thought into what goes into our pastry case.

🍥 Have You Met Our Cinnamon Rolls?

They're kind of hard to miss.

Our cinnamon rolls are baked fresh in-house every day, and they are quite literally the size of your head.

Soft, gooey, generously swirled with cinnamon, and the perfect companion to your morning coffee.

Honestly, we're not sure you need much more convincing.

Our scones are made fresh daily, right here at the shop.

And if you get here early enough, you might even catch them still warm from the oven.

🌿 What We Don't Make Here, We Source Locally

We can't make everything—and we're okay with that.

For the things we don't bake ourselves, we source locally whenever we can, working with local bakeries and makers to keep our pastry case full while supporting the community around us.

So whether it's something we bake here or something we bring in from a local partner, we're always looking for good things to put alongside your coffee.

Welcome back to What We're Brewing—our little coffee corner where we share what we're brewing, what we're learning, and what makes each cup unique.

☕ So... what are tasting notes?

When you see words like milk chocolate, stone fruit, or citrus on a bag of coffee, those aren't added flavors.

They're simply the natural flavors and aromas that develop in the coffee bean as it grows.

Just like grapes for wine or apples from different orchards, coffee reflects where it comes from. The variety of the coffee plant, the soil, elevation, climate, processing method, and roast all play a part in shaping what's in your cup.

Think of tasting notes as a guide—not a list of ingredients.

☀️ Light Roast – Hacienda (Costa Rica)
A rotating single origin that highlights the unique character of one farm and region.

🌑 Dark Roast – Nicaragua
A rich, comforting cup with deeper roast character.
