Hello all!
I have been doing a lot of soul searching since my husband passed and my life was turned upside down
I have decided not to return to my cake business
God is pulling me in a different direction now
I worked insane hours late into the night and never took care of me
I honestly am burned out after 8 years
I will be forever grateful to all my loyal customers who helped me build this business
It just feels like a new chapter needs to start

I am looking at going back to school to get a second degree in counseling My family has been through so much and especially having special needs kid I feel I really have a passion for helping other families

Please know this was not an easy decision bc I truly enjoyed creating awesome cakes
Life has just pulled me into a new chapter

I have had tragedy strike my family
My husband took his own life this past Sunday
Dealing with so so much 😢
I will be taking all of Nov and Dec off and returning in January for cakes

Any orders booked for Dec will be transferred to another cake artist

Hello all!!! I am alive 😊.
October has been the month from hell for my family and I
Wanted to update everyone now that I am lucid again

I am recovering from Covid pneumonia currently
It hit me hard! I am never sick so this has just wrecked me

October we lost my FIL and SIL to cancer
My husband has been gone for a month helping his mom After returning from the funeral myself and both my teens were diag positive for Covid They managed to recover fairly easily but myself was more difficult

My hubs raced home during the night last week to help take care of me and take some stress off the kids

In the midst of all this my husband was laid off again from job just started in June

Could really use prayers for a new job to come quickly for him and family

I am taking all of Nov off from cakes to recover and build back my strength

Dec I will be doing very limited amount of orders
If you have already contacted me for December , you are good 👍. I am working my way through details of orders and will be getting invoices out in Nov

I will be in touch with you for each Dec cake

Thank you all so much for your patience and understanding I always strive to provide top communication to all my customers 🥰

Blessings to all and I am so thankful to be on the mend 🙏. So many wonderful cakes were planned for end of October and Nov and I am so sad I could not fulfill those.
