Mimi’s is excited to announce that we will be phasing out our artificial food dyes as we transition to Natural colors. We have chosen to go with TheSugarArt.com for a number of reasons: they provide high quality colors, are very transparent with their processes (I love their videos!), and they are a small business located in Crowley, TX, so they are basically local!!
That being said, for the time being, natural colors will be used upon request until after the first of the year (2027).

Feeding people is our love language and this week, my daughter Autumn with Autumn’s Cozy Kitchen (meal prep) and I had the honor of serving at Lovepacs. We are doing a series to show our neighbors how to prepare foods that are not commonly used in most home kitchens. Today, we served Chilled beet soup and a beet spice cake!!
