I desperately wanted to bake for Teacher Appreciation Week this year, as my own work in education reminds me daily just how difficult the profession is and how hard teachers are working. Unfortunately, it just wasn't possible. I will get back to baking at some point (I miss it!). Teachers, thank you for the sacrifices you make daily. They don't go unnoticed!

An early morning in the car gave me a different view of this morning’s stunning sunrise and perspective on a very difficult month. Through it, I was reminded of God’s incredible goodness, even in the trials of life. Unfortunately, I’m going to have to sit this Easter holiday out😔 but I hope to be back to baking later in April for spring cookies, Teacher Appreciation week and a few graduations. I will certainly miss seeing all my customers that I love so dearly (!) and hope you have a blessed Easter✝️
