FUNFETTI CIRCUS - funfetti cake layered with buttercream and vanilla cream, topped with rainbow nonpareils, and a circus animal cookie

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE - chocolate cake layered with chocolate buttercream and chocolate mousse, topped chocolate crisp pearls

Today is her last day with the bakery as she heads off on her next journey! Shelby has been with us for over 3 years where she's mostly worked early mornings on the donut side before moving into the cake department! Shelby has been a blessing to this bakery and we are going to miss her so much!!
