Meet Aiyana! One of our amazing budtenders who makes the New Leaf experience so welcoming for everyone who walks through our doors.

1. How did you get started in the industry?
After moving to Massachusetts, I applied for a budtender position at a dispo and immediately fell in love with the industry. I worked there for about a year before moving on to New Leaf, where I’ve continued growing my knowledge and passion for 🍃 and helping customers.

2. What is your favorite part about working in a dispo?
My favorite part is helping educate customers and making them feel comfortable and confident in their purchases. Everyone comes in looking for something different, so I really enjoy helping people find products that fit their needs and creating a welcoming experience for both new and experienced consumers.

3. What is something you wish people knew about New Leaf?
I wish more people knew how much care and effort goes into creating a positive experience for every customer. The team genuinely wants people to feel welcomed, informed, and comfortable asking questions. There’s a lot of passion behind what we do, and everyone works hard to make sure customers leave happy and taken care of

4. What is something you wish people knew about the industry?
I wish more people understood how educational and customer-focused the industry really is. 🍃 isn’t “one size fits all,” and there are so many different products, effects, and consumption methods available today. A big part of our job is helping people learn what works best for them safely and responsibly, whether they’re experienced consumers or trying 🍃 for the first time.

5. What is your favorite product at New Leaf right now?
One of my favorite products right now is flower from Nature’s Heritage. They’ve been putting out really flavorful, high-quality flower with great terpene profiles and solid consistency. I especially like that they offer strains for different moods and experiences, whether someone is looking for something uplifting, relaxing, or more balanced.
