Meet the pastry chefs!
Katrina (Trina) loves to push & explore the boundaries of macarons! From showpieces, to creating macaron cereal, Trina has completely dedicated herself to perfecting the craft. She started working with pastry at a young age, took courses in high school, competed in competitions such as ACF, SkillsUSA, and the greatest baker. She completed her pastry degree at Johnson & Wales in 2018. From then on, she designed custom cakes & wedding cakes. Once covid began, she focused on spending her time working on macarons day in and day out. She is our other co-owner, and weβre thrilled to have her on our team!

Meet the pastry chefs!
Hailee is a creative force to reckon with! Motivated and extremely driven, Hailee puts her heart and soul into every recipe, and every batch created at K&H. Not only did she focus on pastry in high school, competing in baking competitions through SkillsUSA, but she also graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a pastry degree in 2018. Since then, she focused on cake design primarily, but continued to bake macarons in her spare time. She is our co-owner, and we couldnβt be luckier to have her!
