Still have 1 plain loaf, a couple beautiful dill white cheddar, or jalapeño cheddar loaves left, as well as pumpkin streusel muffins with cinnamon chips and Raspberry dark chocolate muffins and 2 loaves of the brown bread if anyone wants to stop by today to claim them! Let me know!!!

Happy Monday everyone! Took a little breather to catch up here, but I’ve got some goodies rolling out the oven today! I will keep this tally updated as things sell out, so just watch the numbers, and let me know what you’d like to pick up today.

2 Molasses brown butter loaves
0 plain artisan loaves
2 jalapeño cheddar loaves
3 Dill white cheddar loaves
1 French onion/Gruyere and
0 Cinnamon honey oat.

Next out of the oven will be cinnamon streusel pumpkin muffins with cinnamon chips and Raspberry dark chocolate muffins.

Either pickup or meet me at Walgreens at 5.

Lots of plain or pumpkin spice bagels left, English muffins, and both plain loaves and soft sandwich loaves!

Ok, it’s cold, rainy and this sucks! Gonna pack up early and head home. If there’s something you want, let me know. I can stop at Walgreens in Virginia, or Subway in Eveleth, and run through Ely Lake. I still have bagels, breads, English muffins, and focaccias. Leaving shortly!

Good rainy morning friends! Last market today for Ely, and she’s pretty ugly outside! HOWEVER… since I had an appointment anyway, and baked like crazy all weekend, I will still show up. (Though I may just be selling out of my truck) 😩

If anyone wants to stop by, or meet in Eveleth or Virginia for some goodies before I go, let me know! It would be between 1:30-2pm. Otherwise, I’ll post what doesn’t sell at the market today.

Today’s menu I have English muffins, Bagels, (plain, pumpkin spice, jalapeño hot honey, and Bourbon pecan) Pumpkin muffins with pecan streusel, Focaccia (garlic Parmesan, garden veggie), Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, and plain artisan loaves, soft sandwich loaves and a few of the copy cat Cheesecake Factory molasses brown bread loaves.

Getting down to the LAST 2 markets of the season for Ely.
On today’s sourdough menu, I’ve got plain loaves, soft sandwich loaves, blueberry lemon crumble muffins, plain or everything bagels, English muffins, caramel pecan Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, garlic Parmesan or Mediterranean focaccias, and Sea salt chocolate chip, or maple pecan oatmeal cookies. As well as some granolas, and sourdough pancake mixes.
If any of my locals have time to run over before 1, you can shop the market before I leave. I’m not going to hold anything, but I will post after the market as well if I have any leftovers.
