On Tuesdays and Wednesdays I'm usually gearing up for farmers market on Thursday but this week I'm doing a pop-up event Tonight (July 3rd) 5-8pm and Tomorrow (July 4th) 7-9am. I will be at the corner of Monroe and Adams in Eveleth. Come get a snack before the street dance tonight or pick up breakfast before the parade. Who doesn't love a good bagel? It's a great breakfast with cream cheese or a sausage patty or the start to an amazing sandwich for lunch. With 7 different types of bagels the possibilities are endless. Here I have Blueberry Swirl, Plain, Everything, and Asiago Cheese.

Let me introduce you to my newest sourdough bread, not that it needs an introduction as some of you have already heard about this bread and even bought a loaf to take home, but here it is anyway.

This is my Sourdough butter and herb pull-apart bread. This loaf of bread is made up of 12 soft layers of sourdough sandwich bread dough and in between those layers is smothered in a butter and herb mix. Each of these layers pulls apart (hence the name) to reveal some of the softest bread. This bread pairs nicely with pasta or can be eaten all by itself. If this has made your mouth water as much as it made mine, you should make sure to order yourself a loaf.
